Do you supply materials?
Yes! Kool Renovations connects with high-quality suppliers from around the world to source high-quality materials. You’ll be presented hand-picked products you’ll love. The only thing you need to think about is the stunning outcome you’ll get. Plus, we have a full online catalog of supplies.
What about timeline?
Every project is individual and the time it will take to complete your project depends on the final plans and what will be included. But the average project timeline for a typical condo remodel, our most popular service, is typically 3 months.
What about the budget?
There are many variables to consider when it comes to your project and the estimate for that project. Contact us today so we can talk through your goals and come up with a budget to meet your hopes and needs.
Will it be noisy?
Any kind of construction will naturally be noisy. But, we’ll do our best to let you know when the peak times of noise will be and keep it to a minimum.
Will it be dusty/dirty
Some phases of renovation and building will be messy, especially during the demolition phase and during sanding/cutting of materials. However, you can be sure we’ll take care to keep it to a minimum using our dust control system, which means less airborne particles floating around your home.
Do I need to be home during renovations?
We prefer our clients to be home. But, if you can’t be, your house will be in good hands whether you’re present or not.
Who’s responsible for getting the necessary permits?
Kook Renovations takes care of the whole process for you so you don’t have to worry about it. We have our own dedicated permit running specialist who will make this process easy.
Do you provide architectural drawings?
Yes. We are a full-scale design firm. Our team will work to develop an architectural plan for your project if needed.
Do you do new construction?
No, Kool Renovations is a design, Supply & Build Remodeling Company. We handle interior renovations. Whether you want to fully renovate your house or you want help to design and create your dream kitchen, we have all the expertise and tools to fulfill your wishes.
